Yes. A signed inspection agreement is strictly required by 5:00 PM the day BEFORE the inspection. Secure e-sign links are sent via text and email; failure to sign will result in a reschedule.

Not necessarily. No home is flawless, not even a brand-new one. Our job is not to pass or fail a house, but to provide you with the facts. A "major" problem to one person might be a manageable fix to another. We give you the clarity and context needed to decide if you want to negotiate repairs, adjust your budget, or walk away.

Our comprehensive buyer's inspection is a thorough, non-invasive, visual examination of a property’s readily accessible systems and components that generates a usable and comprehensive report on a homes’ condition, materials, and plausible circumstances: in order to better prepare our buyers in the decisions for their finances and families.
Systems and components included within our Standard Buyer’s agreement include: roof, ventilation, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, attic, and core structural components.
