We want to ensure there is a solid roof over your head long after our inspection is complete. This service contract is provided free of charge by your home inspector and covers the repair of new roof leaks for a period of 5 years following the date of your inspection.
This policy seamlessly commences on the exact day your 90-day mechanical and structural policy expires.
Covers spot repairs for new leaks on all residential roof types, including asphalt, slate, metal, tile, and flat roofs.
Features a $500 deductible per individual leak, with a $3000 aggregate limit for the 5-year period.
Leak repairs are covered when the cause of the leak is normal wear and tear or deterioration.
Excludes defects already noted in your home inspection report, as well as damage from outside influences like fire, flood, or hail.

We verify your systems are working, and this policy helps protect you against unexpected failures right after you purchase your home.
Covers essential mechanical systems like plumbing, electrical, heating/air, and kitchen appliances.
Covers structural components including poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, and load-bearing walls.
Covers parts and labor for repairs on items confirmed to be in good working order at the time of inspection.
Mechanical coverage features an aggregate maximum of $500, and structural coverage features an aggregate maximum of $2000.
Claims can be made within 90 days of the inspection or within 22 days of closing, whichever comes later.
