Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours prior receive a full refund or credit transfer. Notices given 24 to 48 hours prior receive a 50% adjustment. Within 24 hours, fees are non-refundable and forfeited.

Our standard single-family residential inspection generally takes between 3 to 4 hours on-site, depending entirely on the property's square footage, age, and layout complexity. However, when all of these conditions, and /or there are systems requiring further analysis and reporting, our inspection can take up to 5 hours if needed. It is our commitment to providing only the highest quality and comprehensive reports: in these situations, no additional charges are incurred.
